SamuEXPO 2026: New Perspectives for Industrial Mechanics

SamuEXPO 2026: Discussion, networking, and strategic vision for the future of mechanics

SamuEXPO 2026: Our Feedback

From February 5th to 7th, we attended SamuEXPO, together with our Steel Mech Group business network and as part of the Comet collective. For a company like ours, trade shows aren’t just product displays, but a gauge of where the mechanical engineering world is headed. Here are some of our considerations.

Who did we meet?

The aisles were bustling: we saw a good flow of knowledgeable and genuinely interested professionals. Our feeling, confirmed by the visits to our stand, was that the audience was almost entirely Italian, with few visitors from abroad. What we liked was the energy: there was a strong desire to honestly discuss the challenges ahead.

The Value of Networking

For us, who believe that people are the true driving force of every business, the trade show was an excellent networking opportunity. It was invaluable to speak with suppliers and discuss issues close to our hearts with other exhibitors: employee management, our commercial approach, and transparency in supplies.

Introducing ourselves as Steel Mech Group has also sparked a lot of curiosity: we firmly believe that networking, seriously and professionally, is the only way to address tomorrow challenges. Although we haven’t had many new customer contacts, the human value of the exchange has been extremely high.

A positive outcome

In short: while we haven’t had many potential new customers, we came back enriched because the direct dialogue with competitors and partners has been truly useful and constructive.

We’ll soon be exhibiting at MECSPE: we’ll keep you updated on all the latest news!
